Runners gather on Gorgopotamou Street in Nea Politeia for a free 2km road race through the streets of Evosmos in western Thessaloniki, with the start and finish on the same street so it is easy for friends and family to follow. The race is contested in two age categories, under 18 and over 18. Bib collection opens at 08:00 at the secretariat beside the start, and the race sets off at 09:00, with the day wrapping up around midday. Every finisher receives a participation souvenir, the top three in each category take home medals, and first aid volunteers are on the course with an EKAB ambulance on call if needed.

Every finisher gets a participation souvenir. The top three runners in each age category also receive a medal.
Both are on Gorgopotamou Street in Nea Politeia, in the Evosmos district of western Thessaloniki, so runners from that side of the city barely have to travel.
Each participant receives a race number and a commemorative participation item after finishing. Medals are awarded to the top 3 in each category.
