The Embusquade Trail takes over the paths around Puybegon in the Tarn on the first Sunday of February, with a 31 km trail as the headline distance. It sits alongside an 18 km course that can be run solo or as a duo, an 11 km trail, an 11 km hike and an 11 km Nordic walk, so runners, walkers and Nordic walkers all share the same day out. Children get their own activities in two age groups, 5 to 7 and 8 to 10 years. The event is organised by the Association Piedsbegon and entries are handled online through Chrono-Start. Details of the exact start area, timings and course marking are published by the organisers in the run-up to race day.
