The Els Tres Mils (ETM) is a 56km trail race through the Serra de Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca, starting in Selva and finishing in Port de Sóller. With 2,450m of elevation gain, this challenging mountain adventure takes runners through the highest parts of the Sóller Valley, offering spectacular views and immersion in the UNESCO World Heritage landscape. The race awards 2 Running Stones for the UTMB World Series Finals draw.

Yes, there is potential for direct qualification for the OCC race at HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc for the best in the general ranking or those who qualify by their UTMB Score.
A smartphone is mandatory. It must work in Spain, have the organization's security numbers saved, be turned on (airplane mode prohibited), have the Livetrail app installed and connected, and start with a charged battery. An external battery is recommended.
No, personal assistance is NOT allowed at any point along the course. Pacers are also not allowed.
Each participant receives one 30-liter bag at bib delivery. After filling it, it's deposited at the start line and transported to PORT DE SÓLLER. Bags must be collected within 2 hours after race close. Only organization-provided bags are transported.
You must register your abandonment. The organization ensures return of drop bags for registered abandonments, though return timing depends on logistical needs.
