Yes, roads on the route will be fully closed for safety and will reopen in line with the event pace.
Spectators may watch from Scotland Street or High Street where pavement and verge space is available.
Finishers receive a medal and post-race goodies.
The event's charity partner is The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital.
