This is a guided trail run, not a race. It is conducted as a group with a qualified leader.
Participants should be comfortable sustaining an average pace around 10 min per mile (6:15 min per km) on trails. Steeper sections are walked and the group regroups regularly.
The meeting point is the Devil's Punchbowl Car Park in Hindhead, Surrey. Parking is available on site.
An alcohol-free beer may be provided at the end, subject to availability.
