Devils Punchbowl 10K

This is not a race! You will run as part of a group and share the experience together. You should be able to comfortably run an average pace of 10 min/miles (6 min/km) for prolonged periods of time on the trail, and have a suitable level of fitness.

Average fitness is required. The event is beginner-friendly but you should be able to run 10K on undulating trail terrain. You should be comfortable running at an average pace of 10 min/miles (6 min/km) for prolonged periods.

Matt Buck is the guide - a Salomon and Suunto Ambassador, experienced trail and ultra runner, mountain leader, qualified guide, and coach with experience tackling tough races and challenges around the world.

This is a guided trail run, not a competitive race. The focus is on enjoying the scenery, learning from experienced guides, and sharing the experience with a group rather than racing against the clock or other participants.

The route features undulating heathland and woodland trails through the Devil's Punch Bowl natural amphitheatre. The terrain is hilly with scenic viewpoints throughout.
