Step Up Week is a session where participants are encouraged to try a faster or longer group than usual, so they can experience a different pace or distance in the company of other club runners.
The six mile groups run at approximately 10 to 11 minutes per mile, 8.5 to 9.5 minutes per mile and 7.5 to 8 minutes per mile. The five and four mile groups run at approximately 10 to 13 minutes per mile. All pace times are approximate and runners muster on the route to accommodate a range of speeds.
