The Cross de la Biche is an open cross-country meeting organised by the town of Samer in the Pas-de-Calais, now in its 15th edition. Three races share a 2.5 km loop of tarmac roads and meadow grass that starts and finishes behind the town hall at the Coin des Faons. The 2.5 km race is for Benjamins, the 5 km runs from Minimes through to Masters and the 10 km is for Cadets and older, with every race off at 9:30 on Wednesday 11 November 2026. Entries are taken online in advance or on the morning itself, and the whole meeting is chip timed with a refreshment station and parking on site.

The 2.5 km is for Benjamins (born 2015 or earlier, ages 11 to 12 at 31 December), the 5 km is open from Minimes to Masters (born 2013 or earlier, minimum age 13 at 31 December) and the 10 km runs from Cadets to Masters (born 2011 or earlier, minimum age 15 at 31 December).
The start and finish are behind the mairie de Samer at the Coin des Faons. All three races are lapped courses, so they begin and end in the same place.
The course mixes tarmac roads with meadow grass. No kit is required, though shoes with some grip help on the grass, which can be soft in November.
Yes, entry is free for spectators. Because the races are lapped, supporters based around the start and finish area behind the mairie see the runners go past several times.
