The Color Run Les Carroz takes place in the mountain village of Les Carroz d'Arâches in Haute-Savoie, part of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, on Sunday 18 October 2026. Two routes are on offer, one of 5 kilometres and one of 7 kilometres, both run in the colour run format where participants pass stations and are showered with coloured powder. The event is organised by the local festival committee, the Comité des Fêtes Les Carroz d'Arâches - La Frasse, and entries are handled through their HelloAsso page. It is a relaxed, untimed occasion aimed at runners, walkers and families rather than at competitive racers.

Other questions
No. A colour run is a fun event rather than a race, and most people jog or walk the course with friends and family. The two routes of 5 km and 7 km are short enough for anyone who is comfortable on their feet.
Participants set off along the course and pass colour stations, where volunteers throw handfuls of coloured powder over them. By the finish most people are covered in several colours, and that is the whole point of the day.
There is no mention of chip timing, results or prizes, which fits the usual pattern for a colour run. Expect an untimed, relaxed morning rather than a race.
The organiser has not published a weather policy on this page. Colour runs normally go ahead in light rain, but check the organiser's HelloAsso page or contact them if conditions look doubtful.
