The Christmas Trail is a festive night run that sets off at 18:00 on Saturday 6 December 2025 from the parvis of the town hall in Mézières-sur-Seine. Runners pick between a 10 km and an 18 km route, both traced and published on OpenRunner, and both covered entirely after dark in the run up to Christmas. A headlamp is essential, and fancy dress is strongly encouraged so that the evening feels magical rather than simply cold. Race numbers are collected from 16:00 in the Salle Arc-en-Ciel, a car park sits right beside the hall, and showers are available at the finish. The event is organised jointly by the town and the Diag 78, with all proceeds donated to the Téléthon.

Yes. A headlamp is indispensable because the whole course is run after dark. Bring one with working batteries, and consider a spare if you are on the longer route.

Yes. Alongside the individual entry at 15 euros per runner, there is a team entry at 80 euros covering six runners.
