Expect team representative check-in, bib and tasuki collection if provided, final leg-order confirmation, and any last-minute instructions. Arrive with plenty of time before the first start, because the relay has five legs and runners need to reach their assigned handover points. Bring a printed or digital confirmation and photo ID if requested. Listen carefully to announcements at Amino Vital Field, as they will cover start procedures and handover logistics.

Every team runs the same course, and each runner takes one leg only, so the race depends on clean tasuki exchanges at the designated handover zones. Runners should know their leg number, expected arrival time, and where to wait without blocking the exchange area. After finishing your leg, follow signage or marshals away from the handover zone to a team meeting or cool-down area. The final runner will finish at Amino Vital Field, where the team can regroup.

The nearest major airports are Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport (NRT), with Haneda generally being more convenient for Chofu. From Haneda, take rail or bus toward Shinjuku or Chofu and connect to the Keio Line for Tobitakyu or Chofu Station; from Narita, allow extra time via express train to Shinjuku. Accommodation is available around Chofu, Fuchu, and along the Keio Line, but book early because race weekend and late January can be busy.
