The 100K starts at 05:00 with a 32 hour limit and the 50K starts at 06:00 with a 15 hour limit, so both are likely to involve running in darkness. A reliable head torch is essential for those distances. The 30K, 20K and 10K start at 05:00, 06:00 and 07:00 the following day and should finish in daylight.
Supporters are welcome at the start and finish area at Ban Mae Na School, where toilets, food and the finish arena are located. The mountain sections of the longer courses are remote and hard to access, so the start, finish and any aid points are the practical places to cheer from.
The page does not publish a formal mandatory kit list. Even so, the mountain terrain, the elevation gain on the 50K and 100K and the 32 hour limit mean you should plan on carrying water, food, a head torch with spare batteries, a phone, a waterproof layer and basic first aid. Check the official event information before race day for the final requirements.
