The Castel trail runs across the countryside around Blangy-le-Château in the Calvados, mixing dirt tracks, grassland, forest and a river crossing, with two distances of 7 km and 13.5 km on offer. It is organised by the local fire brigade association and runners must show a licence or a valid PPS certificate on the day.
