The Castel Rose Color Run takes place in Viry-Châtillon, in the Essonne department of the Île-de-France region, on Sunday 11 October 2026. The event is a colour run organised with the Ligue contre le Cancer Comité de l'Essonne, so participants run, jog or walk a course through the town while being showered in coloured powder along the way. Registration is handled through the organiser's HelloAsso event page, and the town of Viry-Châtillon publishes the latest practical information on its own website. Full course, distance and timetable details are confirmed by the organiser closer to race day.

Other questions
A colour run is a non-competitive running or walking event where participants pass through colour stations and are showered with coloured powder. Most people take part at a relaxed pace, and clothing worn on the day is expected to get colourful.
The event listing does not state whether results are timed. Colour runs are generally untimed and focused on taking part rather than on finishing times, so check with the organiser before the event if a recorded time matters to you.
Yes. Charities of this kind usually welcome donations through the same HelloAsso page used for entries, and spectators are typically welcome along the route. Contact the organiser if you would like to donate or help on the day.
