The Carrera Popular San Jeromín de Benferri is a community race day staged in the small town of Benferri in the Comunitat Valenciana, Spain, on Saturday 12 December 2026. The main event is a 5 kilometre race on paved town streets, and the programme also includes a 5 kilometre non-competitive walking march for anyone who would rather cover the distance at a gentle pace. Dedicated cadetes, alevines and infantiles categories mean that children and young local athletes race on the same morning. It is a low-key popular race rather than a large city marathon, so the atmosphere is friendly and hometown in feel. Exact start times, entry fees and the final course layout are confirmed by the organiser, and runners should check the official page before travelling.
