Runners take to the streets of Porcuna, a hilltop town in the Jaén province of Andalusia, on Saturday 31 October 2026 for a five kilometre road race. The route threads through the town centre past its historic monuments and stone-built lanes, the oil and stone that give the event its name, on a compact urban circuit. This is the twelfth edition of a popular local race that draws runners from Porcuna and the surrounding Campiña olive country, with a main race and a second race on the programme. Entries and the latest details are handled through the organiser's website.

Other questions
Late October in inland Andalusia is typically mild and dry, with morning temperatures often in the low teens and afternoon highs in the low twenties. It can still feel warm in the sun, so light clothing and hydration are worthwhile.
No. Entries are made only through the DEPORTIME page and no entries are accepted on the day of the event. To guarantee the runner's bag, entries must be made by 26 October 2026; after that date the runner's bag is not provided.
