The Carreira Internacional de Negreira a Clásica is a road racing day in the Galician town of Negreira, roughly 16 km from Santiago de Compostela. Senior runners pick between a 10 km and a 5 km race, and the 5 km also carries the Spanish Masters 5K championship. Around those two events sits a full programme of school and youth races, from Chupetes and Prebenxamíns through Sub-10, Sub-12 and Sub-14, which brings out local clubs and families for the morning. The 2026 edition is the 45th running of the classic.
