Yes. Alongside the main 5 kilometre run there is a 5 kilometre Nordic walking category over the same distance. Nordic walking entrants are asked to walk rather than run and should bring their own poles.
The route covers 5 kilometres on the streets and paths of Bytom, with a separate, shorter course for the children's races. The terrain is urban and predominantly flat, and the course is marked and marshalled. A course map is published by the organiser before race day.
Yes. The race is run on city streets, so friends and family can watch from the pavements around the start, finish and the wider route without needing a ticket. Because the children's races are short and held early, spectators should be in place before the first start to catch them.
Centrum Handlowe Agora Bytom, pl. Kościuszki 1: Friday 4 December 16:00–19:00 and Saturday 5 December 9:00–10:30. All participants must be verified at the race office.
Payment can be made on race day or by bank transfer by 30 November 2026 to Stowarzyszenie MYbytomianie, account number 37 1020 2368 0000 2202 0458 1494, PKO BP, with the participant's first and last name as the transfer title.
