The Bündner Frühlingslauf is a spring road race held in Thusis in the Swiss canton of Graubünden. It offers a 10K and a half marathon, with both distances following the same route through Thusis, Rothenbrunnen, Polenweg, Reichenau and Tamins. The course is signposted throughout and marked with kilometer signs, so runners can track their progress along the way. The event was launched by enthusiastic runners from the Graubünden Military Sports Club and the Thusis runner group.
