Terrain
The Brookstone 5K is a neighbourhood road run through the Brookstone community in Acworth, Georgia, open to runners and walkers of every pace. It is the first running of what the organisers hope becomes an annual tradition, with the aim of bringing neighbours, families and friends together and supporting local running initiatives. Entrants cover 3.1 miles on the streets around the Brookstone area before gathering at the finish for water and bananas, coffee from Chill Latte and breakfast served up by a local Boy Scout troop. Anyone who registers before 22 October also receives a race t-shirt. The 2025 edition starts at 8:00 AM on Saturday 15 November, with a second date listed for Saturday 14 November 2026.
