The route takes runners through Hawthorn Dene, a wildlife trust woodland, and along dramatic coastal sections within a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The course is fully marked and marshalled, with a mandatory checkpoint at four miles providing water and sweets. The event includes electronic timing, a bespoke finisher's medal, and free parking.
