The Bradford 10K is a chip-timed road race that sends runners through the streets of Bradford city centre, with the start area set at Centenary Square. The course is described as fast and flat, and pacers sponsored by Arla Protein run alongside the field carrying flags showing target finish times. Race day brings an Event Village with food and drink vendors and charity stalls, a baggage store with labelled collection, water stations handing out 330 ml bottles with recycling bins at each one, and onsite photographers whose pictures can be bought afterwards. Finishers collect a goody bag and an exclusive finisher medal, with an optional technical finisher t shirt and iTAB medal engraving available to purchase. First aid is provided at fixed stations near the water stations, at the start and finish area, and by roaming first aiders. The event was first organised in 2008 and has raised more than £600,000 for charity since it began, with Epilepsy Action remaining the lead partner charity as Run For All takes over as organiser from 2027. Entry is open to anyone aged 15 or over on race day, and race numbers must be collected in person.
