This free social run leaves from outside The Bollo House pub in Chiswick and follows a scenic loop through leafy streets, green spaces and riverside paths in West London before returning to the pub. Runners cover a mix of pavements, park paths and street crossings, with the group led at a conversational pace. There is no chip timing or published result, so the atmosphere is relaxed and sociable. Afterwards, optional drinks, pub games and Skechers prize giveaways, including running shoes, keep the evening going, and no advance booking is needed to take part.

No, participation does not require prior booking. The run is free and you can simply turn up at The Bollo House on the evening.
The run is free to join. Any food or drinks you buy at the pub afterwards are paid separately.
