A coastal race staged on Seabrook Island near Johns Island, South Carolina, offering a half marathon and a 5K on the same morning. Runners and walkers set off from Fresh Fields Village, and the event is put on by the Seabrook Exchange Club together with the Charleston Animal Society and the Charleston Running Club. The morning finishes with an after-party and refreshments on Fresh Fields Village's village green, and awards go to the overall male and female winners plus age-group champions from youth categories all the way up to 80 and over.
