A guided trail run of roughly 10km through the bluebell woods of the Chiltern Hills, starting from the market square in Tring. Run the Wild groups runners by ability and gives each group its own Run Leader, who shares trail running tips along the way, and the organisers recommend being able to run 5km without stopping. It suits people new to off-road running as much as experienced trail runners, and the morning wraps up around 11am.

Other questions
No. All abilities are catered for and runners are grouped with others of similar pace, with each group led by an experienced Run Leader. The only recommendation is that you can run 5km without stopping, which makes it a good first taste of trail running as well as a fun morning for seasoned trail runners.
Runners meet at the Market Place in Tring, also known as Tring Farmers' Market on Brook Street, ready for an 08:45 start. The run is expected to finish around 11am.
Yes. Bag storage is included with your entry, so you can leave a bag with the team while you are out on the trails.
Every group runs with a Run Leader and all Run Leaders are first aid trained. If you become injured you may be met by the rescue services or, for minor injuries, a support vehicle at the nearest accessible location, and you will be taken to medical services at your own expense. Run the Wild strongly recommends suitable sports insurance for all participants.
