The course begins and ends at Blarney GAA Club, passing through Blarney Village and along Waterloo Road for an out-and-back section to the Rathduff Cross turn-point. Runners enjoy views of the River Martin valley before returning past Blarney Secondary School to the GAA clubhouse. The event features official chip timing, a 3-hour limit, and finisher rewards including a medal and mug.
