A Firmenlauf is built around workplace teams, so most participants enter with colleagues under their employer's name. Check the organiser's website for the exact team rules, minimum team size and how team captains submit entries.
The course details are not published here. The organiser's website is the place to look for a route map, surface information and notes on any closed roads or paths used on the day.
