Trail Beh na Tábor covers 10 km with 400 m of climbing, running over asphalt and gravel roads before switching to a forest road in its closing section. The whole event happens in the late afternoon at the Svet dverí complex in Kysucké Nové Mesto, where runners collect their numbers and organisational instructions before the 16:30 start. Because the race sets off into November dusk, a headlamp or torch is compulsory for everyone on the 10 km course. A shorter Nordic Walking discipline starts earlier at 15:30, and the day closes back at Svet dverí with the results announcement at around 19:00.
