Běh na Filipku takes place in the village of Návsí in the Moravskoslezský kraj region of the Czech Republic, on a 6 kilometre course run on a single Monday in late September. The listing shows a main distance for adults alongside a separate entry category for children, so the morning usually brings both a competitive field and local families onto the start line. Entries and all practical race information are handled through the DoStartu registration platform, which the organiser keeps updated as race day approaches. Runners are advised to confirm start times and any last minute changes there rather than relying on calendar listings.
