Běh klatovskou Hůrkou is a 5 kilometre race held in Klatovy, a town in the Plzeňský kraj region of the Czech Republic, on Saturday 10 October 2026. The course covers the Hůrka rise above the town, a wooded hill that gives the race its name. Entrants are graded into men and women, juniors and men over 70, schoolchildren and junior girls, and three preparatory (přípravka) groups for the youngest runners, so several generations share the same start line. The organising club publishes entry information and previous results on its own website, and runners are advised to confirm final details there before race day.

Other questions
The listing does not state whether on-the-day entries are accepted. Small Czech town races often take entries at the venue before the start, but you should confirm this with the organiser in advance rather than travelling on the assumption.
The race is open to men and women, with separate categories for juniors and men over 70, schoolchildren and junior girls, and three preparatory (přípravka) groups covering the youngest age bands. There is a category for almost every age, which makes it a good family event.
The listing does not publish a weather policy. Races of this type in Czechia almost always go ahead in rain or cold, and cancellation would be announced by the organiser, so check the club website and social media on the morning of the race if conditions look severe.
The event page does not describe the finish area. At most Czech 5 km races you can expect water at the finish, basic toilets near the venue and a modest prize giving for the age categories, but confirm the details with the organiser if you need something specific.
