Begu Fitness Club - 5K

Yes. The event is aimed at Lithuanians in London, but non-Lithuanian partners and friends are explicitly welcome. Make sure everyone who plans to run and/or use the sauna and cold plunge is registered as required by the organizer.

Plan to arrive at Druid Street Saunas, 132 Druid Street, London SE1 2HH, at least 15 minutes early as requested. The 5K social run starts and finishes at the saunas, and the whole event, including sauna and cold plunge recovery time, runs for around two hours. The organizer will likely give a short briefing before the run.

It is described as a 5K social run on road, so it is not positioned as a competitive race. Expect a friendly, inclusive pace where runners can chat and stay together. If you want a personal time, bring your own watch or phone, but the main focus is the social run and sauna recovery.

As the start/finish and recovery venue is a sauna facility, you can expect some changing and washing facilities, but exact amenities such as lockers, showers, and towel hire are not confirmed. Bring your own towel, toiletries, and a bag for wet clothes. Contact the organizer or Druid Street Saunas directly if you need accessible facilities or have specific questions.

This is a social 5K on road, so expect normal urban running conditions. The organizer should provide a route briefing and any markings or marshal information before the start. Carry a phone and ID, follow London traffic rules, and call 999 in a serious emergency. Ask the organizer in advance about first aid and course support if you have concerns.
