The 5K is run at night with a single mass start, and it is deliberately not chip timed. The point is to enjoy the evening with rock and roll rather than chase a fast time, and the event is open to over-18s only.

The event is for people aged 18 and over. The organisers make the rule clear: the fun is guaranteed and beer is served only to adults.
Your race bib has two tear-off tabs, one for the start and one for the finish. They are your currency for the beer, so keep them attached until you hand them over.
