The start and finish are at the Fishermans Pub Garden, which is about a ten minute walk from registration at Bradford and Bingley Rugby Club.
Yes. The route follows the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath on a flat, even surface with good underfoot trail, and the only elevation comes from the canal locks.
The course is both marshalled and signed, and downloadable GPX routes are provided if you want to follow the route on your own device.
Report your withdrawal to the nearest marshal so the organisers know you are safely off the course.
Every finisher receives a bespoke medal along with some additional treats.
