The Fraternelle Athlétisme Barret Barbezieux (FABB) stages its annual semi-urban trail on Saturday 28 November 2026, with three timed races threading through the town and the South Charente countryside. Runners set off from the Stade Gilbert Santiago and finish on the Renaud Lavillenie athletics track. Bib collection and late entries happen at Intermarché Barbezieux on the Friday afternoon and again on Saturday morning before the first start. Entry costs between 3 and 20 euros depending on the race.

Yes. On-site registration is available on Friday afternoon at Intermarché Barbezieux and on Saturday morning between 08:00 and 08:30, before the first start.
There are three timed races (21 km, 14 km and 8 km), plus walking routes and children's races. The 21 km, 14 km and 8 km starts are at 09:00, 09:15 and 09:30 respectively, with the children's races at 09:45.
Yes. The event rules (règlement de la course) are published as a PDF and cover the conditions of participation, safety rules and the way the timed races are run. Reading it before race day is recommended.
The routes are described as semi-urban: they run through the town of Barbezieux and out into the surrounding South Charente countryside, so expect a mix of paved streets, paths and tracks.
