Route

The course takes you through the stunning country lanes of St Albans. Although you may come across a hill or two, the view from the top makes it worthwhile.

St Albans City Station (20 mins from London, 15-20 min walk), St Albans Abbey Station (less than 5 min walk), local bus network with services from North London, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Luton and Watford

Parking · Pay & DisplayParking is available in St Albans City Centre Car Parks: Premier Foods Centrium, St Columba's College, St Albans District Council Offices, and Drovers Way/Russell Avenue multi-storeys.

Public transportSt Albans City Station is 20 minutes from London with a 15-20 minute walk to the Runners Village. St Albans Abbey Station is less than 5 minutes walk. Local bus services operate from North London, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Luton and Watford.

Before you enter

Minimum age1.5 Mile Fun Run: All ages (children under 8 must be accompanied by adult with own ticket). 5K: Age 11 & over. 10K: Age 15 & over. Half Marathon: Age 17 & over. Walking Half Marathon: Age 17 & over.

Other questions

Represent your company in the SA Law Challenge! The first three finishers per team in the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon count. Include your company name on the booking form.

VIP tickets (£20) include: Dedicated VIP Registration Area, luxurious amenities, prime viewing for spectators, post-race relaxation, and refreshment station. Funds raised contribute towards charity donations.

Complete a mile a day, then run the Fun Run to complete your own half marathon! Schools can win awards.

Yes, road closures and diversions will be in place from 9:30am and may affect your journey.

Yes, there is a cycle shelter available by the entrance to Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre. Bring your own lock as these are public bike parking facilities.
