The 10K takes place on a closed 2.5 km loop wrapped around the National Athletic-Training Center of Olympic Village in Acharnes, so runners complete four laps on smooth, traffic-free ground. The circuit keeps the start and finish area, the secretariat and the spectator zone at its centre, which means the crowd is never far away. Electronic timing records every finisher, and all runners who cross the line inside the 90 minute limit receive a medal. The race forms part of the 14th National Workplace Sports Games, held from 9 to 11 October 2026, and the start is at 09:00 at the venue.

The race is open to employees of private and public companies as well as independent participants. All entrants must be at least 18 years old on race day.
