Amigos Run Club is a weekly, in person group run that gathers at Amigo's Coffee Bar in Middleton and covers about 6 kilometres at a relaxed pace of roughly 7:00 to 7:30 per kilometre. Runners may jog or run at their own speed, with a front and a back pacer keeping the group together and a short stop about halfway. The atmosphere is social, chatty and free of pressure, and everyone gathers back at the coffee shop afterwards for coffee and conversation. Participants also receive a free treat at the finish, and occasional longer routes are announced in advance.
