AlUla Trail Race

Access to the race and a Race Pack at registration that includes tote bag, buff, t-shirt, timing chip and bib number.

Sportswear, including comfortable running shoes. The weather will be cool, so participants are advised to bring warm clothes to get into after the event. A hat/cap, sunscreen, and water are also recommended.

There are a series of mandatory Race Kit items required, depending on your race distance. For safety reasons, you cannot compete unless you have all of these in your Race Kit. For 100km: Trail running shoes, running pack, at least 1 litre of water, first aid kit, food reserves, cap/Sahara cap, smartphone with working sim card, downloaded route map, whistle, survival blanket, head torch. For 50km: Trail running shoes, running pack, at least 1 litre of water, first aid kit, food reserves, cap/Sahara cap, smartphone with working sim card, downloaded route map, whistle. For 23km: Trail running shoes, running pack, at least half a litre of water, first aid kit, cap/Sahara cap, smartphone with working sim card, downloaded route map.
