The course is approximately 8 miles / 13 km, combining trail, fell and quiet roads. It is well marked and marshalled.
Water will be available at the finish (please bring a cup). Hot drinks and sandwiches can be purchased at the finish (cash only), with proceeds going to Allithwaite Community Centre.
