AIA One Billion Trail moves from the mountains to the sea for its 2026 edition, with race day based in Hua Hin on Thailand's Gulf coast. The programme covers five trail distances between roughly 5 km and 50.6 km, all run as a single loop over hilly, forested ground with coastal views and wildlife along the way. Runners can enter solo or as a four-person team, which adds a tactical group format to the weekend. Every entry includes access to a race village festival with live concerts from three well-known artists, outdoor activities and a social atmosphere that keeps the community together well beyond the finish line.

Other questions
There are five trail races: a 5.01 km fun run, a 10.19 km trail race, a 15.23 km trail race, a 29.88 km trail race and a 50.60 km ultra trail race. This range means first-time trail runners and experienced ultra runners can both take part.
Yes. Runners can join solo or race as a four-person team, which adds a tactical group format to the weekend. Note that team tickets and regular individual tickets cannot be purchased at the same time, so you will need to remove one type before adding the other.
The races are run on trail over hilly, natural terrain with forest sections, so trail shoes with good grip are the sensible choice. Thailand in November is warm and humid, so lightweight, breathable kit works better than heavy layers.
Yes, drink stations and nutrition stations are provided along the routes, and medical assistance is available as part of the event setup.
Yes. The race village is built around outdoor energy, with festival access, live concerts from three well-known artists and outdoor activities, so supporters and families have plenty to do while runners are out on course.
