The 7th Foloi Trail Run, known as the Gorge of the Centaurs, takes place at Koumani near Ancient Olympia on Sunday 15 November 2026. Every route begins and ends in the central square of Koumani, with around 90 percent of the ground underfoot made up of forest paths and the remaining 10 percent forest road. Four distances run through the day, from a 20 km trail race down to a free children's race, with the 12 km and 5 km races in between. The event is organised by the Amaliada Mountaineering Club Oreivatein, and runners are asked to carry their own hydration containers so that aid stations can refill them instead of handing out bottled water.
