The 5th edition of the Tsuru Yusui no Sato Run Fest takes place on Good Couple's Day, 22 November 2026, at Tsuru City General Sports Park in Yamanashi Prefecture. Entrants choose between a half marathon, a 10km race and a 2.5km race, with pair divisions for couples and parent-child teams sitting alongside the individual age categories. The courses draw on the area's rich natural setting, passing the scenic Tahara Falls and the spring water groups that give the event its name, and a new sweets aid station is set up on the half marathon and 10km routes. Number cards and timing chips are posted out in advance, every finisher can download a web certificate, and the finish area serves a drink and a bowl of tonjiru soup.

No. Numbers and timing chips are sent out in advance, so there is no on the day registration except for costume runners, who must check in at the venue.
It is a male and female pair division tied to Good Couple's Day. A married couple or a male and female pair enter as one team, run individually and are ranked on their combined time. Entrants are automatically placed in the individual category as well, so individual placings and times are also recorded. The entry form asks for the partner's name, name in kana, gender, date of birth and target time.
Anyone healthy enough to complete the course may enter. The half marathon is open to high school students and above, the 10km race to junior high school students and above, and the parent-child family category pairs an elementary school pupil with an adult aged 16 or over. Entry for the parent-child family category is made in the name of the participating guardian aged 16 or over.
The participant gift is a 5th edition commemorative original towel. On the day there is a sweets aid station for half marathon and 10km runners, a finish line drink, a serving of tonjiru soup and a lucky draw, and finishers can obtain a web completion certificate. Awards go to the top six in each category plus the Tsuru Mountain God Award, the 5th anniversary Good Couple Award, the Silver Award for the oldest finisher, the Far Away Award and the Costume Runner Award.
