It appears on the Italian national athletics calendar as the StraCasale km 9,900, so the measured course runs just under ten kilometres entirely on asphalt through the town streets. Race day centres on a morning gathering for registration and a single start, finishing back in the same urban area. It is a short, accessible race aimed at local runners as well as anyone looking for a fast late-autumn outing in Campania.
