The run covers 5 km around Brockwell Park in south London, setting off from the Herne Hill entrance and finishing at Brixton Brewery Taproom. It is held at a relaxed, conversational pace, so the day is about company and conversation rather than clock time, and the whole outing is expected to take around an hour and a half. Everyone who finishes is handed a free pint at the taproom. Entry proceeds go to the charities Phab and WellChild, which are supporting the organiser's London Marathon 2027 fundraising.
