The 4th ACSI Beach Running World Championship takes place on the sand at Spiaggia Zero Barriere in San Vito lo Capo, on the Trapani coast of Sicily. The programme is built around a single 5km race run entirely on beach sand and contested as the Trofeo Città di San Vito Lo Capo. The race sets off at 08:00, and the event is organised by ASD Project Diver Disabili No Limits together with the ACSI Palermo territorial committee, Zero Barriere and Biorace, with inclusion at the centre of the day. Entries are handled through the Speed Pass Italia portal.

Yes. The race is run on the sand of San Vito lo Capo beach, in the area set up as Spiaggia Zero Barriere.
The page does not list a mandatory kit. On sand many athletes choose light trail shoes, which give a little more protection and grip, while others run barefoot when the sand is firm.
Late October in San Vito lo Capo is usually mild, with temperatures often between 20 and 25 degrees and a sea that is still busy. It is still worth checking the forecast in the days before the race.
