Other questions
No. This event has no athlete check-in. Number cards, runner's chips and programmes are posted to entrants about two to three weeks before race day.
You must bring your number card and your runner's chip. Missing either one means you cannot take part. Runners are also asked to carry their My Number health insurance card or equivalent.
A support desk beside the event headquarters reissues number cards for a fee between 8:00 and 9:30. Reissues are limited and dealt with in order of arrival. After 9:30 an open number card is issued, but no timing is recorded.
Anyone from the fifth year of elementary school upward who can finish inside the time limit. Under-18s need parental consent, and runners with disabilities other than wheelchair users are welcome, with details available from the event office.
A T-shirt handed out on the day, chip timing with a web record certificate, marathon insurance arranged by the organiser, baggage storage for valuables, drinks and wild boar soup at the finish, sports massage and other medical services, and on-site shops.
