Other questions
Entry runs from 00:00 on 30 October 2026 until 23:59 on 13 November 2026. Places are first come first served, so the window closes early if capacity is reached.
No. Athlete bibs and participation gifts are mailed to entrants about 10 days before the event, so there is no reception desk on the day.
A parent or guardian aged 18 or over runs together with a child in grades 1 to 3 of primary school. The entry must be made in the parent or guardian's name, and the child's name, kana, sex, date of birth and school year are collected during the entry process.
Primary and junior high school pupils living in Abiko do not enter through RUNNET. Their school collects the entries and takes them directly to the event executive committee office in the martial arts hall of the Abiko City Sports Gymnasium. The deadline for both primary and junior high schools is 30 October.
The course looks out over the Tega-numa lake and has moderate ups and downs, so it is not completely flat. The 1.5km and parent and child races are a gentle introduction, while the 10km asks entrants to be able to cover the distance within 80 minutes. Everyone is asked to manage their condition from one week before the event and arrive in good health.
