On race day, you will need to pick up your race bib and timing chip (if applicable) at the venue, likely at the Hirosaki City Sports Park Athletics Stadium. Bring a copy of your registration confirmation and a photo ID. Check-in usually opens a few hours before the start. Since parking is expected to be crowded, arrive early to allow time for packet pickup and warm-up.
The 5K starts and finishes at the athletics stadium inside Hirosaki City Sports Park. Expect a stadium atmosphere with spectators. The course is on road and offers views of Mount Iwaki.
