If applications exceed the field limit the places are allocated by lottery. The half marathon has 2,000 places and the time trials have 330 places.
Entering more than one event (for example the half marathon and a time trial) is allowed. Any other duplicate entry by the same person, such as an individual entry plus a group entry or entries into several groups, will be rejected.
The Setagaya Ward category is open to people who live in Setagaya Ward. Studying or working in the ward does not count. The same restriction applies to companion entries made in that category.
No. Race information and numbers are sent out in advance, so there is no reception desk on the day of the event.
Runners entering the JAAF registered division, other than the disabled division, must register their JAAF details in the My Page member information first. A JAAF ID is mandatory and the entry button will not appear without it. Runners registered with a regional association that no longer issues a registration number should enter the words meaning no number in the registration number field.
