2 Cities 4 Run brings two neighbouring sporting towns together for a single day of running in Busto Arsizio. The event sets off from the E-Work Arena, the beating heart of local sport and home of the UYBA Volley Serie A1 team, which is an official partner of the race. Runners choose between a fast 9.9 km competitive race, a 9.9 km non-competitive run or walk, and a 5 km Family Run on a simple, safe course. Chip timing and finisher medals are part of the day, and the whole programme is laid out as an open celebration of movement for the local community.
